8 questions01How can I request an appointment?
Select a location, specialty and preferred date, enter a reachable phone number and submit the form. Your appointment is confirmed only after the support team contacts you; successful submission does not reserve a time slot.
02How do I check insurance coverage?
Provide your insurer, policy type and relevant documents for review. Direct billing, limits and copayments depend on the policy and service. Treat benefits as confirmed only when you receive specific information from the responsible parties.
03How can international patients arrange a visit?
Select international patient when requesting a visit and specify your preferred language. Bring your passport, medical records and insurance papers if relevant. Language support, availability and timing should be confirmed before arrival.
04What should I bring to a first visit?
Bring identification, recent medical records and prescriptions or a current medication list. Note your symptoms, when they began and the questions you want to ask. Bring insurance documents for administrative guidance where applicable.
05Do I need to fast before a visit?
Not every visit requires fasting. Preparation depends on the tests or procedures planned. Ask the receiving team and follow the instructions provided specifically for your appointment.
06How can I change my appointment?
Contact support with your name, registered phone number and appointment date. State your preferred replacement time and wait for confirmation. The website currently accepts requests but does not provide self-service rescheduling or cancellation.
07When can I receive a cost estimate?
Ask for the service scope and estimated costs before deciding. The total may change if additional services are indicated. A reference package price does not replace the estimate applicable at your location and visit date.
08Can I use the booking form for an emergency?
No. The form is not monitored as an emergency channel. For immediate help, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency facility; do not wait for a website reply.
